Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organizational chart
  • Support recruitment processes by sourcing, identifying, and attracting candidates, for both technical and non-technical positions
  • Utilize LinkedIn as the main sourcing tool to identify and track candidates while employing innovative sourcing techniques on other platforms
  • Create and develop a strong network of potential candidates in the market and for future opportunities
  • Provide market insights to recruiters and hiring teams to improve the hiring process
  • Work with the recruiting team to manage and improve our employee referral program
  • Leverage and maintain data reports and performance metrics to drive recruitment process improvements
  • Participate in other recruiting programs, events, and activities when needed, including but not limited to Employer Branding Program, ATS CRM management, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Relevant sourcing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick learner and the ability to independently solve sourcing problems
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership
  • Experience building up relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners
  • Passion for keeping up with industry hiring trends and the latest sourcing tools
  • Customer-oriented mindset, and eager to deliver a satisfied customer service experience
