What you will be doing:

  • Participation in the formation and implementation of a strategy for working with the game community;
  • Creation and maintenance of rules for communicating with users in social networks, messengers and on the forum;
  • Writing and preparation of publications and information messages for various needs and sites;
  • Preparation and implementation of the content plan of the project;
  • Monitoring and analysis of information from various sources;
  • Preparation of reports and presentations on various aspects of the project;
  • Prompt and conflict-free communication with users;
  • Communication with related departments working with the project;
  • Organization of the work of volunteers;
  • Collection and analysis of players' feedback;
  • Content moderation on various sites;
  • Organization and holding of events;
  • Work with opinion leaders (bloggers, guilds, etc.)

What we expect from you:

  • Competency in written Russian;
  • Proficiency in English or Chinese;
  • Developed skills of content management; experience in community management and product promotion in Social Media Marketing;
  • Experience in basic web-layout of content and promotional materials;
  • Rich gaming experience (mainly in MOBA);
  • Experience in compiling and publishing game news, guides and other information messages;
  • Skilledin collecting and analyzing user feedback;
  • Experience in moderating network resources;
  • Experience of working with graphic editors;
  • Experience of working with volunteers and opinion leaders in the community;
  • Knowledge of the gaming industry, market conditions;
