Job Responsibilities

- Act as the subject matter expert for the overall marketing plan, including influencer collaborations, branding message , esports teams, key partnerships, and emerging trends.
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with different stakeholders (R&D team, live ops team, central marketing and community team) and partners (agencies, MCNs) to maximize impact.
- Manage the end-to-end gaming influencer plans including strategy and execution for the North America market to meet regional commercial/marketing objectives.
- Support version update launches and always-on campaigns with a creative, socially driven mindset that advances the brand and pays off with business results.
- Establish, track, and provide feedback on key performance results, metrics. Implement data and analytics into key marketing decision making.
- Lead budget planning for assigned areas.

Job Requirements

- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing of gaming (in-house or agency, or both), top mobile gaming companies is a big plus
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to process and distill large volumes of information and straddle concurrently between projects
- Proven record of delivering communications results that drive overall company impact
- Experienced in a cross-functional environment, particularly when it comes to integration (i.e., marketing, product, legal, strategy / development, etc.)
- Conversant in data and analytics; experience working within vendor platforms and building stories from data for various stakeholders
- Strong existing relationships with broad consumer and business media; relationships with gaming media a plus
- Live event experience; large-scale / arena-based event management a plus
- Experience at content shoots / editing of visual content
- Experience managing an agency
