Responsibilities:
- 3+ years experience preparing, curating and finalizing critical reports and insights for management
- Analyze market dynamics; define and size MENA markets; developing meaningful target segmentations; evaluating competitor strategies and understanding the regional opportunities
- Presentations across all aspects of the business from operations, marketing, public relations and business development
- Responsible for critical reports and insights between departments, leadership and HQ
- Will need to review and translate reports from local teams to Chinese language and vice versa
- Responsible to maintain an archive of all daily, weekly and monthly reports in an organized and optimal approach
- Develop a system to collect, translate and deliver reports to all parties local and HQ on a timely manner, under pressure and with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Responsible to fully understand the ways of working and the main responsibilities and duties of each department towards the weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
- Capable of making recommendations for improved reporting and the dissemination of data and insights in to actionable statement and conclusions with managers and leaders

Requirements:
- 3+ years in a multinational business environment
- Very stong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with lazer sharp attention to detail
- Thrives in metrics and data-driven environments
- Entrepreneurial spirit; Big thinker and acts with urgency and focus, always with optimism for future growth.
- Takes ownership and effectively maximizes ROI for the business
- PowerPoint / Keynote, Office 365 Suite, Google Docs, QQ or equivalent skills with optimal
- Bachelors Degree or Similar Qualification in relevant field of expertise
- Chinese and English Langauge written and spoken + Additiona skill of understanding Arabic language is a plus
