Responsibilities:
- Lead user aqusition anaytics and reporting working with external partners & key internal stakeholders to rapidly iterate on critical spending decisions in real-time
- Contribute towards testing plan, working closely with marketing to execute on breakthrough strategies to attract new users, promote features and retain high value customers
- Grow and manage marketing partnerships across MENA
- Drive multi-variate testing and deliver results to internal stakeholders

Requirements:
- 5+ years in analytics across either mobile game, tech or digital agency space
- A concise analyst with a quantitative background preferably in the video game space or tech industry
- Creative problem solving acumen, as well as advanced analytical skills to verify or invalidate UA assumptions
- Strong proficiency with Excel to deliver the full business story with a strategy to deliver or correct the course of the plan
- Proven ability to clearly and effectively communicate with cross functional teams
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads is a plus
- Familiarity with CTR, CVR, CPI, ARPU, Retention and LTV
- Native in Arabic language and capable of using English as a working language
