Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for North American MOBA market user research and user data analysis work.
2. Assist and be responsible for the development of market and user research work in the testing period/launch period of key products (including user positioning validation, product polishing, publishing work, long-term operation), independently complete qualitative and quantitative researches, make good use of user behavior data analysis and mine potential user pain points.
3. Define key issues for the product or genre, and be able to carry out use research in phases.
4. Based on user insights and data analysis, continue to explore user needs, and put forward effective product optimization suggestions based on specific conditions from a live ops perspective; help refine the game operation and provide support for operational decision-making.
