• This position requires working in a cross-functional team to lead strategy and

operations around PUBG MOBILE’s all official community channel, talent

management, and related campaigns - locally and regionally.

• Work on new ways to engage the game community, expand talent community inside/

outside the game

• Lead on creative campaigns to engage with Users

• Lead on strategy of recruiting, strengthening and developing community members

• Lead social media campaign & strategy to promote related content and campaign

• Manage & schedule all official social media channel, coordinating across internal teams

and 3rd party partners. Supervise day-to-day operations of live streaming, content and

all related campaign

• Track and report on all official social media channel, KPIs and ROI

• Expand partnership to external collaboration business, locally & regionally



• Have experience in tech & digital projects with an emphasis on building communities

around different platforms and entertainment content.

• In addition, the candidate should be detailed oriented, able to coordinate multiple

projects simultaneously and be comfortable with a heavily data-driven approach. Past

experience in game industry is preferred.

• At least 3 years of community and/or talent management. Artist, KOL, Agency

• Highly creative. Able to initiate well-rounded entertainment project & campaign

• Passion for technology, game, media, music, and pop-culture with the skills to

communicate that passion

• Experience with marketing and promoting content on digital platforms

• Able to handle revenue management, track on cost & ROI

• Attention to detail, highly accurate, and extremely organized

• Thrive under pressure in a fast-paced start-up environment

• Creative and resourceful person who is a team player, and has excellent interpersonal


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
