Responsibilities: 

- Develop a tailored user support strategy for the TR market
- Create social media strategies and agree with HQ and help execute them.
- Cooperate with customer support and core users to collect and react to players’ feedback in a timely manner
- Process SM channel data performance regularly and report Country Lead & Regional Team regularly.
-Develop daily community relations plans TR using SM channels such as Discord, IG, YT, TT.
- Design and organize online and offline community events and tournaments for player.
- Manage micro-medium size influencers and grow them, brief macro influencers regularly and maintain a good relationship.
- Create localized content ideas and execute them for SM.

Requirements:
- 3+ year experience of community management in Internet industry, experience in community management for MOBA games is preferred
- Motivated and passionate about community management
- Strong communication skills
- Strong knowledge of social media tools and platforms
- Native in Turkish language and capable of using English as a working language.
- Flexibility to travel for business purposes
