Develop a deep understanding of all communities within Trovo as a brand and product
Connect with and nurture relationships with the community; make posts, write content, respond to reviews, etc. while maintaining Trovo’s authentic tone and personality.
Coordinate and create frequent and compelling original content across social media channels utilizing common media formats.
Assess, establish, and own community strategies for released and unreleased features, programs and events; regularly optimizing and evaluating current strategies to fit the ever-evolving nature of the content ecosystem.
Communicate user issues and feedback on events and features to Product, Customer Support, Development, and Marketing to improve user experience.
Recruit and operate a team of community volunteers and helpers to collaborate on daily community management
Experience in an external-facing customer interaction role with customer support, sales, and/or partnership development.
Ability to speak and write in English fluently
Experience in the livestreaming, gaming, video, media, and/or entertainment industry.
Experience as a Trovo creator, with a passion for finding, developing, and managing Trovo creators.
Problem-solving skills and a track record of proactively improving processes.
Excellent communication, presentation planning, and time management skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to interact at all levels of an organization, cross-functionally as well as cross-cultural.
Ability to speak and write in other European languages.
