- focusing on the most advanced ML & advertising technology, in one or more of the following areas: ads recommendation/image understanding/NLP.
- Find solutions for the challenge in advertising technology. such as Delayed Feedback Model，Learning with Sparsity，Multitask Learning in Ads systems. Keep improve the performance of PCVR/PCTR model
- MS or PhD Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, applied mathematics, artificial intelligence, or similar domain
- 2+ years of experience with large scale Machine Learning systems such as advertising/recommendation/search
- Good coding ability, familiar with data structure and algorithm
- Experience in Deep Learning, image understanding, Massive Data Process and Parallel Computing is a plus
- Deep understanding in Computational advertising, such as targeting, delivery, creactive, approval, ranking, price adjustment is a good plus
