Your Role:
We are looking for a high-energy, highly motivated, and fast learner talent to join our recruiting team at Tenable Israel! Someone with a great passion for recruiting who is eager to learn the inside of our work and contribute her creative mind to influence and improve our hiring processes operation!
*This role is a Part-Time/ Student position, with a scope of 70%-80% position, which varies over time. the contract is a fixed term for 10 months with an option to convert at the end.
*We are looking for students from the Human Resources field in their last year of studies who wish to enter the recruiting world, learn to be a professional in this field and support our Recruiting and hiring teams.
Your Opportunity:
- Schedule and facilitate virtual and in-person interviews for candidates while maintaining top-notch candidate experience.
- Debrief candidates before and after their interview(s) and answer questions as needed
- Setting meetings to track the new employee settling in and having a positive onboarding experience.
- Manage candidates' communications and relationships and the health of our pipeline
- Work with our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and other talent acquisition tools to support efficient hiring processes and improve relationships and data tracking for candidates in past and present processes.
- Spread the rumor of our open reqs and our position through social media and relevant channels and manage job posting - publishing the jobs on job boards, Social Media, and digital platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Facebook, and more
- Gather and share feedback with hiring managers and interviewers and maintain high and professional feedback experience in the company
- Create a unique referral experience both ways in the company with a personal touch both to candidates and employees and support raising the percentage of referrals income.
- Manage and support creative referral campaigns for the entire site
- Perform market research and active inquiries around new methodologies around recruiting and the Israeli market and bring back some innovative ideas to the team
- Contribute to ad hoc project work as we grow and evolve.
What You'll Need:
- High ambition and passion for the Talent Acquisition field
- Exceptionally organized, never letting anything fall through the cracks
- Independent, proactive, and eager to develop and learn.
- Reliable, independent, and able to juggle multiple tasks effectively
- A savvy, tactful, and graceful communicator – you intuitively find the right tone in every situation- in writing and verbally.
- Fluent in English
- Able to quickly adapt and adjust priorities when necessary.
- Process-oriented with an organized and efficient approach to daily tasks.
- A team player who is willing to go the extra mile with a “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to interact with a diverse range of Hiring Managers, candidates, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Office 365 programs, including Gmail and Excel
- Prior experience as a coordinator in a fast-paced, high-volume environment- an advantage
- Prior Knowledge of ATSs and recruiting tools- an advantage
