Your Role:
Tenable is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer or DevOps to be a part of a team building and maintaining its Tenable Identity Exposure product.
Tenable is not only building great products and carving out a completely new category, but we are also building a world-class engineering culture, and committed to hiring the very best. We are seeking to add a technical resource to provide its best knowledge and capabilities to the Tenable Identity Exposure development teams.
Your Opportunity:
- Cybersecurity: Evolve in a fascinating environment where business experts are also Engineers. Learn daily about new attack patterns and software vulnerabilities
- Active Directory & Entra ID: The product you’ll work on, Tenable Identity Exposure, secures the AD, this huge Directory management system, used to handle authentication and permission at almost all large businesses in the world. As organizations shift to the cloud, they also store their identities in cloud solutions, forcing the product to continuously evolve and support cloud providers.
- Innovation: Our product is at the cutting edge of technology, implementing the most innovative cybersecurity techniques in vulnerability assessment, live attack detection, attack path computation and much more.
- Make evolution on the existing infrastructure to support even more product use cases
- Build tools for development teams, support teams or sales teams to self-serve
- Support day to day operations (platform deployment, network configuration, etc.)
- Study production data and configurations to identify and remove issues before they appear
What You’ll Need:
- Knowledge in Azure and Terraform
- Knowledge of kubernetes, PowerShell and git
- Knowledge in PowerApplications
- Commands (PowerShell, Cli, SQL, Kubectl) and monitoring (grafana, prometheus) experience
And Ideally:
- Knowledge of best practices related to high availability, fault tolerance, scalability, and performance
- Knowledge of the AWS stack
- Knowledge of cybersecurity
- Understanding of building microservices, along with their benefits and challenges
