And, it will inform the roadmap for infrastructure and documentation developed by our Real World Data team such that producers and consumers can more easily create, maintain, and analyze data. You’ll also partner with engineering leaders on inputs that inform the infrastructure and standards that will allow for increased data- ease of use and quality.

What You'll Do:

  • Immerse yourself in the tough problems we’re solving and partner with scientists, engineers, and designers to develop elegant software solutions to solve those problems
  • Broadly lead our Data Modeling, Informatics and Data Delivery programs, owning everything from the end-to-end data product strategy to the roadmap for addressing critical data needs for our customers.
  • Turn Voice of Customer feedback from our data customers into a high-impact strategy and plan for data use and quality improvements.
  • Conduct deep product analysis and use the data to guide the short- and long-term roadmap for the data content, modeling and architecture engineering team.
  • Own stakeholder communication and expectation management around roadmap and delivery timelines for your products, in particular to data business leaders, alliance managers, RWE and engineering stakeholders.
  • Build the Tempus Data Model roadmap across Tempus data products articulating business value for our clinical, molecular and imaging data assets.
  • Assess data quality needs and drive the Tempus data quality program.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of technical experience in product management or in building software in the tech or healthcare industry

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
