Passionate about making a difference in the world of cancer genomics?

With the advent of genomic sequencing, we can finally decode and process our genetic makeup. We now have more data than ever before but providers don't have the infrastructure or expertise to make sense of this data. We're on a mission to connect an entire ecosystem to redefine how genomic data is used in clinical settings.

We are looking for a Data Operations Specialist who will guide our data upload & QA processes of molecular and clinical data prior to delivery to our partners.

  • Generate customer delivery buckets & username/passwords and communicate these to internal stakeholders

  • Ensure all molecular data are in the expected source locations so cross-functional teams are able to pull and complete downstream processes

  • Kickoff patient record de-identification process when patient cohorts are generated and file completeness/availability is confirmed

  • Meet with Engineering & Product teams to ensure the data delivery standard is captured and upheld in current scripts, and that appropriate source data links are maintained

  • Oversee & monitor the automated upload of molecular data to customer buckets promptly after sequencing

  • Ensure manual and programmatic QA of customer buckets, ensuring structure/architecture, accuracy, and completeness

  • Capture that appropriate molecular data has been uploaded in internal tracking tools for posterity

  • Troubleshoot data integrity issues as they arise (e.g., locate missing files, track down incomplete or unavailable information) with relevant internal stakeholders (i.e. Bioinformatics, TechOps, Lab team)

  • Based on specific customer needs, manually upload data to customer buckets

  • Generate & maintain manifests of the files present in each customer bucket

  • Pull data deliverables (i.e. structured clinical tables & queries based on report object) for internal stakeholders to deliver to customers

  • Deliver clinical reports from our portal to customer buckets

Required Knowledge and Skills
