We are building sophisticated software and a robotic factory for rapid electronics prototyping. We enable engineers to manufacture their designs at the click of a button in as fast as 3 days (instead of weeks to months), allowing them to rapidly test and iterate on their designs.

Tempo is looking for a passionate and detail oriented Senior Product Manager to join our growing team! You will be in charge of product strategy and operations, work cross functionally to ensure business, product and engineering teams are aligned and ultimately be the leading instrumental force in our production road map.

Must Have:

  • 3-5+ years of product management experience with technical B2B products or services
  • Proven experience evaluating technical trade-offs inherent to product development
  • 3+ years of experience collecting and translating customer requirements (internal or external) into software product features and technical designs
  • Proven project management skills to coordinate multiple product objectives and technical implementation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to drive consensus across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in data collection, model building, testing, and validation
  • Proven ability to work independently to achieve goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

  • BS in a technical degree
  • Experience with hardware and/or manufacturing is a plus
  • UI/UX experience is a plus
