About the Role

Tempo is seeking a charismatic, results-oriented, and enthusiastic Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver who can skillfully drive Customer Service from the front line and warehouse. In addition to understanding the needs of our customers and building long lasting relationships through deliveries and preparation of our products at the warehouse, you will also exhibit your deep knowledge of our product by leading demonstrations at customer locations. If you’re highly motivated, passionate about fitness, and eager to drive impact in your local community, then we would love to meet you!


  • Prep & kit orders, including organizing each order in advance of delivery
  • Assist in deliveries, returns, and exchanges to the customer
  • Load and transfer all inventory arriving to warehouse to dedicated prep area
  • Assist with load-out of all orders into vans
  • Learn refurb and repair of Tempo Studios at warehouse as needed / directed
  • Assist with processing of returns, shipping of spare parts and recording inventory levels
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment at all times


  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team atmosphere
  • A passion for fitness and exercise
  • Good problem solving skills, and the ability to troubleshoot problems and think on your feet
  • Ability to deal effectively with a wide range of personalities
  • Ability to adapt quickly to evolving business needs and changes in retail strategy; has high learning agility
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs with assistance
  • Can bend, reach, lift and move stock and products
  • Flexible schedule; ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary
  • Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
  • College degree preferred, not required
  • Required to Travel 25%
