About the Role
We are looking for someone to join the rapidly expanding Field Service team! This individual will report to our Field Service manager - assisting in the day to day execution of service and repair activity at customers homes and in our warehouse facilities, both locally and throughout the nation.
Performing service calls on Tempo products at customers homes and warehouses
Performing refurbishment for resale on Tempo products at warehouses
Testing and refurbishment of spare parts and components
Assist with processing of returns, shipping of spare parts and recording inventory levels
Documenting all repairs and refurbishments
Work closely with hardware engineers providing feedback
Troubleshoot and working through root cause for all failures
Assist with load-out of orders into vans
Assist our delivery team with deliveries to customers’ homes
Maintain a safe and clean environment at all time
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an electronics technician or manufacturing preferred
Familiarity with the Google suite of applications
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work well both independently and in a team atmosphere
A passion for fitness and exercise
Good problem solving skills, and the ability to troubleshoot problems and think on your feet
Ability to deal effectively with a wide range of personalities
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs with assistance
