Who you are: 
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst with a focus on project management and sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team by providing actionable insights through the creation and maintenance of Salesforce dashboards, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring data accuracy. This role is critical to driving revenue growth and improving sales efficiency. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Own the design, development, and maintenance of scalable solutions for ongoing metrics, reports, analyses and dashboards to support analytical and business needs 
  • Work with business customers to gather requirements and deliver reporting and analytical solutions 
  • Troubleshoot operational data-quality issues, while driving data democratization throughout the organization, enabling others to self-serve their data needs 
  • Write queries and output efficiently, and have in-depth knowledge of the data available in area of expertise 
  • Recommend improvements to back-end data sources and implement data quality checks for increased accuracy and simplicity 
  • Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis, including data integrity, accuracy, reliability and documentation 

 What you’ll need to succeed: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field. 
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales operations, revenue operations, or similar role. 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, with a strong understanding of dashboard creation and management. 
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and visualization. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity. 
  • Experience with other sales tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $72,000-$99,000 USD. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
