About the team: 

You will be part of a small but growing IT team within a diverse and engaging work environment. The team is divided between the Copenhagen and US offices. Our focus is to support each other while helping the organization develop, maintain, and optimize a modern workplace, all while ensuring company data is secured in a Zero-Trust environment.

This is an in-office role based in Christianshavn, Copenhagen.

About the role: 

We're looking for a service-minded individual who enjoys assisting users with their IT software and hardware issues. This person should have experience with system administration and a good understanding of IT environments, as well as a proven track record of providing technical assistance and troubleshooting a variety of hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate is not only technically proficient but also has strong interpersonal skills and is committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Your experience will ensure you are well-equipped to handle the diverse technical challenges that come with the role. At the same time, we will provide additional training on our specific systems and processes and offer opportunities for personal development.


  • Provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Set up and maintain computers, software deployments, and configurations
  • Manage Intune, Entra AD, and our Microsoft 365 environment
  • Manage devices and policies via Intune
  • Manage users and groups via Entra AD
  • Manage licenses for our different software products and govern access
  • Purchase IT equipment and keep the asset inventory up to date
  • Create and maintain guides and articles for our self-service site
  • Run and participate in IT projects

Expect about five days of travel per year to our Berlin and Eindhoven offices. These trips are for local IT projects and maintaining the local IT setup.

Who are you?

  • You have previously worked as an IT Support or a similar role. 
  • You have experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD and Intune.
  • You enjoy working with hardware and software and have a higher-than-average understanding of both.
  • You are service-minded, and helping others comes naturally to you.
  • You are a structured, responsible, open-minded team player who takes initiative and gets things done
  • You have a positive mindset, and helping comes naturally to you
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English
