Job Description

The Demand Executive is responsible for managing a patch of programmatic buyers consisting of both DSPs, Agency Trading Desks, and Advertiser direct. Reporting to the Head of Demand the role requires that you:

  • Generate revenue from patch in line with targets set
  • Track revenue, report regularly to Head of Demand and General Manager
  • Build strong relationships with buyers through regular meetings, calls, provision of reports and recommendations
  • Utilise a strong business acumen to identify new opportunities and execute on optimum trading options
  • Recognise and recommend best supply opportunities for buyers, track and optimise all buying
  • Educate buyers on the AVOD landscape and effectiveness of programmatic trading
  • Working collaboratively with our publisher partners to create awareness of supply opportunities
  • Connect buyers into supply opportunities by creating deal IDs in the Telaria platform
  • Participate in regular quarterly business reviews with buyers
  • Troubleshoot any basic problems that arise in the buying of supply. This will involve internal collaboration to identify an issue based on platform data, investigate further to pinpoint the cause of the problem, and work collaboratively with the agency trading desk, advertiser, or DSP to find a quick resolution
  • Create a reputation of excellence for Telaria by knowing your stuff and taking pride in your work
  • Articulate and address technical issues, creating solutions where possible and escalating them internally otherwise

 Experience Required

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Interest in the technology, commercial and media space and the entrepreneur’s role in the ecosystem
  • Strong attention to detail, and great communication skills
  • Understanding of the digital marketing landscape
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Two years experience in a media role, preferably in a programmatic based role.
