Work with HR Business Partners in job titling harmonization.
Participates in third party market salary survey data collection for all job levels.
Conducts market analysis of positions to determine competitive pay positioning.
Forecasting of different bonus / stock scenarios.
Performs work under general supervision. Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.
Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 5 to7 years of experience.
