The Renewal Account Manager works within our Sales organization and will be responsible for renewing and driving revenue for all HealthiestYou/Teladoc contracts. The goal of this position is to drive renewal rates to 100% and drive upsell opportunities uncovered during the renewal process.
Generating Renewal Quotes (amendments) 90 days prior to expiration
Work to exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals
Work with customers, partners and internal sales to build relationships.
Continuously contribute to the improvement of the renewal process in order to increase revenue
Analyze customer contracts for activity tracking and contract reinstatement
Analyze and report on lost customers
Work with Client Services / Sales Team to understand the policies and procedures which guide the development, negotiation, and closure of support renewals
Achieve renewal rate, renewal dollars, and multi-year renewal objective across all products
Escalate issues as appropriate using clear documentation
Validate and confirm the accuracy of all supporting data for the quote and work to resolve any discrepancies
Must be customer service oriented and able to develop relationships
Must be able to work well in high pressure situations
Ability to multi-task
Well versed in Microsoft Office products
Effective communication skills.
Knowledge in Salesforce.com
