What You’ll Do
We are looking for an energetic, personable and results-driven Benefits and Compliance Manager to join our People & Culture team! This is an opportunity for an ambitious & startup-minded person, who wants to experience non-linear growth, by joining a top growth company!
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing, administering, and monitoring our employee benefits packages, including health, life, disability, and retirement plans
- Monitoring compliance with laws and regulations related to benefits
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with external vendors and providers and ensuring procedures are followed to minimize costs
- Designing and executing employee communications relating to benefits
- Monitoring employee eligibility for benefits in accordance with company guidelines
- Reporting benefits and compliance related data and trends to senior leadership
- Serve as the main point of contact for benefits questions and support benefit enrollments, terminations, and change requests.
- Lead benefits presentations, including new employee onboarding sessions, and update annual benefits guides.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong understanding and ability to ensure state and federal compliance in a mainly remote environment
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in benefits administration, leave laws, and compliance management.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient with Rippling or similar HRIS
- Proficient with Google Workspace
- Current knowledge of evolving benefits and compliance landscape
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and meeting deliverables
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with different departments
- Data-driven mindset
