What You’ll Do
- Facilitate and deliver trainings as scheduled by the training coordinator (virtual webinars, virtual 1:1 trainings, in-person trainings at customer locations, and internal employee training).
- Be a leading expert on the Tekmetric software by maintaining product knowledge, industry knowledge, and exhibit strong soft skills.
- Collaborate with training coordinator to identify training needs and schedule appropriate follow-up training sessions for trainees.
- Cross-train and assist other team members as necessary.
- Meet or exceed established performance requirements.

What You’ll Bring
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Ability to travel as needed to client or employee training locations
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role; experience in the automotive industry preferred
- A self-starter attitude with solid organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- A high level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, punctuality and professionalism
- Great interpersonal skills with a problem-solver mentality
- Understand basic financial and accounting concepts with a business mindset
- Strong empathy for customers AND passion for growth
- Experience with following defined processes using CRM and (HubSpot a plus)
- A strong aptitude for quickly building rapport with team members and customers
