What You’ll Do

The Integrated Payment Specialist will ultimately be responsible for their personal sales goals, being a brand ambassador, full and complete knowledge of the integrated payments feature. The Integrated Payment Specialist will also be responsible to maintain benchmarks including but not limited to profitability, response times to leads, close ratios, sales prospecting activities, number of signed deals and customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordination - Coordinate with various departments to ensure the payments portfolio is growing, has satisfied customers, and is profitable.
  • Best Practices - Assist in improving processes and policies in support of organizational goals.
  • Production - Achieve sales goals weekly, monthly and quarterly as set out by leadership. Goal track with clear Points Per Day (PPD) requirements. Maintain closing percentages greater than 50%.
  • Strategic Input - Liaison with senior management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for the growth of Tekmerchant.
  • Customer Support and Retention – Manage escalated calls and overall Tekmerchant customer retention.
  • Proposal Generation – Manage the process of creating proposals. Including but not limited to statement analysis and interchange expertise
  • Account Onboarding and Installation – Monitor the entire process flow from keying an application to deployment and installation.
  • Vendor Management - Communicated effectively with vendors. Clearly communicate needed improvements.
  • Tradeshows - Be able to, if needed, attend 5-10 tradeshows per year with the sole purpose of growing the Tekmerchat Portfolio.

 

What You’ll Bring

Required:

  • Experience selling integrated payments for a software
  • Minimum 3 years experience selling credit card processing
  • Ability to read credit card statements
  • Proven track record of top 10% performance
  • Experience selling 15-50 new deals per month

Preferred:

  • Working knowledge of  GSuite products
  • Experience with Slack
  • Worked with a CRM preferably HubSpot or Pipedrive.
  • Experience with Stripe
  • Experience in the automotive repair space
