Key Responsibilities
- Fixed Ops Information Specialist role should analyze, edit, review, track and publish automotive repair and parts content using a proprietary software suite.
- Manage service pricing guide and service menu data according to OEM specifications.
- Collaborate with product managers and enablement teams to satisfy service menu and service price guide requirements.
- Engage with dealer partners to review/validate and update service price guides and service menus.
- Ability to perform due-diligence and review OEM specification changes and update the service price guide and service menus.
- Coach new hires and team members on service price guide, service menu, and domain terminologies.
- Research and answer technical questions related to data partners and OEM products.
- Expected to be subject matter expert by clearly understanding the OEM data structure, OEM content types, OEM content capabilities and the ability to be a decision-maker related to content processing for assigned manufacturers.
- Assist, motivate, and accelerate team members’ personal development.
- Ability to work with remote teams to coach and train them in automotive services.
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of automotive repair and collision content experience
- Exceptional knowledge of vehicle dealer operations within service and parts; OEM service guidelines; and clearly demonstrated automotive proficiencies
- Familiarity with vehicle repairs, parts applications, and workflows
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, interacting with all levels of stakeholders
- Ability to travel up to 10%
Preferred Skills
- Automotive retailing loan and lease payment calculation experience
- Basic level of Tax and Fee knowledge in all U.S. states
- Knowledge of Commercial vehicle requirements preferred
- Experience with 3rd party API workings

The salary range for this position is $60,690 - $103,200. The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. This position is also eligible for a bonus whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual performance. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. In addition to the compensation listed, this position is eligible for equity compensation.
