Tekion is looking to hire a Talent Researcher to facilitate hiring 200+ rockstars this year and beyond. Incentives for hiring top quality talent. The Talent Researcher will be a strong influence in sourcing and pre-screening future employees to join Tekion's team across all functions and levels within the organization. The ideal candidate has a passion for building a strong and unique company culture, loves interacting with different types of personalities and is business focused. You will be instrumental in building out the team in a period of high growth and, in doing so, working cross functionally with senior leadership across the organization. This position reports to the SVP of Global HR. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Identify and attract high-caliber prospects and maintain a pipeline of open requisitions through a variety of sourcing channels 
  • Conduct initial pre-screening conversations to qualify prospects across multiple roles  
  • Prospect candidates to get them excited about the role  
  • Explore untapped markets and learn about new talent pools  
  • Source and interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks  
  • Communicate with past applicants in CRM regarding new job opportunities  
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs 
  • Understand our brand, culture, mission and values to effectively serve as an ambassador for Tekion and a welcoming first touchpoint to all new hires on their “employee journey” with us.  
  • Understand and be able to articulate the interview processes for each role. 
  • Understand different Business functions and how they fit into the overall company - be able to educate external talent about different area's within Tekion.  
  • Develop and manage externally facing recruitment channels such as job board participation, job fairs, conferences and other events / channels to promote new and exciting opportunities.  
  • Provide support in maintaining data accuracy within Greenhouse: job postings, candidate stage/status, close-out correspondence. 
  • Ability to act as backup in coordinating interviews and managing applicants thru 20 to 40 searches at a time. Process the candidates through multiple stages of each search for their video interviews 


Minimum Qualifications 

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience. 
  • 3-10 years of experience, preferably in SaaS recruitment or coordination for Sales, Implementation, Support, Field Engineers, Data Migration, Product Managers, Product Specialists and other roles as they become available.  
  • Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and other social media, or technical forums. 
  • Knowledge of the market and industry trends, able to engage high-quality talent 
  • Eye for detail. 
  • Ability to build trust and drive team effectiveness.  
  • Strong organization, project management, and communication skills.  
  • Keenly attuned to issues of diversity and inclusion.  
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate a clear and compelling vision and develop effective working relationships.  
  • A “can do” attitude and the ability work as part of a team.  
  • Comfort with accountability and ability to absorb feedback and engage in self-improvement.
