We are seeking a results-driven and motivated Account Executive. The successful person will manage client relationships, develop advertising strategies, and oversee the execution of TV and digital campaigns. The Account Executive will also retain and grow their developed accounts through insight proposals, proof of performance, and maximizing all station assets. This position offers a base salary and a huge opportunity to grow your income through a rewarding commission structure.

What You Will Do:

  • Be an amazing contact and partner for our customers
  • Create and present comprehensive advertising proposals and campaign strategies that align with our clients’ goals (leveraging TV and digital platforms)
  • Work brilliantly with internal colleagues (creative, media planning, digital, etc.) provide insightful reports to clients, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and making strategic recommendations for optimization our their approach
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data metrics
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Acquire new clients (incl. negotiate contracts)

What You Need:

  • 1 to 3 years of account engagement in a professional, fast-paced media sales environment. 
  • Ability and interest to keep learning and progressive (a growth mindset)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, media planning and analytics tools
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Willing to negotiate for win-win and long-term value
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service
