WBNS AM/FM, 97.1 The Fan in Columbus is looking for a Part-Time Radio Producer. The role entails generating topics, guest booking, topic development and running audio sound board for live shows and sporting events. Ideal candidates should also have digital audio and video editing abilities along with computer proficiency.

Responsibilities:

Scheduling guests and live interviews
Researching broadcast topics
Protecting the station’s FCC license
Running audio board for talk shows and live sporting events
Providing creative input on broadcast elements
Contributing to social media and website updates
Flexibility and on-the-spot problem solving abilities
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Experience running audio sound board, digital audio and video editing abilities and computer proficiency.
