11Alive/WXIA-TV, a TEGNA company, seeks a talented and driven Marketing Producer/Videographer/Editor. This role works with the director of marketing and creative director to create and execute branded video, graphic, digital, photography, and motion-animated content.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute creative marketing and sales projects.
  • Write, design (graphics, 2D animation), shoot (videography and photography), edit, and sound design creative work.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure brand alignment with marketing materials.
  • Support on-location TV and community events for marketing and sales.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Creative Director and/or Director of Marketing

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience at a broadcast TV station OR a corporate marketing / creative agency.
  • Strong writer who can turn concepts/information into creative marketing copy.
  • Knowledge of DLSRs, lighting on-camera talent and interviewees, and recording audio.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop. Illustrator is a plus.
  • Sharp aesthetics for video editing, graphic design, and typography placement
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Solid organization and time management in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage, prioritize, and track multiple projects while still meeting deadlines.
  • Take initiative to get things done, sometimes with little or no direction or supervision.
  • Portfolio that shows demonstrated skills in motion and graphic design, writing, producing, and video editing.
  • Understanding of digital and social media marketing basics
  • Must be willing to work on-location in Atlanta, GA. This is not a remote position.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours when needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
