Job Overview:

Execute integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with Account Executives.

The MS will work closely with our account executives on activities tied to managing the coordination and details from client pre-campaign creation to post-campaign coordination in addition to everyday client interactions tied to the management of accounts.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Account Executives on pre-sale activities including collecting client research, campaign strategy, presentations, and implementation documentation.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on campaign strategy based on client objectives.
  • Create client-focused presentations in PowerPoint that tell a story
  • Coordinate the Implementation of marketing campaigns, create campaign timelines, join strategy calls with product partners, and manage deadlines with all internal and external teams.
  • Regularly review key performance indicators and campaign metrics, identify any problem areas, and provide solutions independently as necessary.
  • Regular review of audience delivery using Comscore and digital fulfillment metrics; use audience delivery information to make appropriate recommendations to clients.
  • Maintain prompt and professional client correspondence, providing clients with necessary campaign details.
  • Attend sales meetings and training to obtain sales, product knowledge, and process information.
  • Able to make decisions and solve problems independently to support the customer, and account executive.
  • Assist the team at large with administrative functions.
  • Works internally with station resources to fulfill client deliverables, including linear, digital, creative services, research, etc.
  • Must be logged into VPN and TEAMS during regular office hours (M-F, 830-530), available and responsive
  • Participate in client events as needed
