What We're Looking For
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design work, with a focus on web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and current web/mobile UI trends.
- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and creating user flows and site maps that enhance the user experience.
- Ability to conduct user research and testing, translating insights into actionable design improvements.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices, ensuring inclusive design across platforms.
- Experience in creating and managing design systems for consistent brand and product experience.
- Strong attention to detail, with a knack for creating visually compelling and easy-to-navigate interfaces.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on optimizing user journeys and improving usability.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Advanced English level
