About Us 

Our company, a leading provider in call center solutions, is embarking on a project to migrate, modernize, and deploy customer call centers using the Amazon Connect platform. We specialize in delivering top-tier customer service solutions and are looking for a skilled Solution Architect to enhance our capabilities.

What you will do: 

  • Architect and design third-party integrations with Amazon Connect.
  • Develop feature functionality for Amazon Connect.
  • Create and optimize call flows and IVR within AWS Connect.
  • Configure and implement the Amazon Connect Platform.
  • Utilize automated testing and quality monitoring tools for Amazon Connect.

Required Skills:  

  • Successful completion of Amazon Connect projects in the past.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience building call flows and IVR within AWS Connect.
  • Proficiency in configuration and implementation of the Amazon Connect Platform.
  • Expertise in Amazon Connect, Contact Flow Design, Lambda Integration, Lex Integration, and Call Center Routing.
  • Familiarity with automated testing and quality monitoring tools for Amazon Connect.
  • Experience in other AWS services.

Nice to Have Experience:

  • Familiarity with cloud-based call center solutions.
  • Knowledge of other contact center technologies.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center operations.
  • Open to minimal travel

Education & Certifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant years of work experience

Salary Expectations:

  • $150-180K USD/year base + Bonus = OTE 200-250k USD/year
