The Role: 

As a developer in our team, you will have full ownership of coding processes, from conceptual design through to deployment, collaborating closely with senior technical leaders both within our group and across the entire organization. You will bring a solid foundation in computer science principles and practical experience, working with a wide range of technologies including modern web development, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), NoSQL databases, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), Big Data, and beyond.

What you will do: 

  • You will play an instrumental role in the creation of the next-generation contact center, providing you with the chance to architect and implement systems that are both scalable and resilient, all while maintaining a laser focus on customer needs.
  • As a developer within our team, you will manage the lifecycle of code from its inception through to deployment, collaborating closely with senior technical leaders both within our group and throughout AWS.

Required Skills:  

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Amazon Connect developer. 
  • Proficiency with AWS cloud services and infrastructure as it pertains to data science.
  • Strong foundation in computer science principles and a deep understanding of statistical analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Keen awareness of customer requirements and are eager to contribute to a service that will positively affect millions of users, significantly influencing their operations and interactions.
  • Eager to tackle real-world problems faced by customers, taking personal accountability for delivering effective solutions.
  • Should be open for US overlapping time, at least till 12 noon(US time) 

Education & Certifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant years of work experience
