Experience: 6+ years (contract position)
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Oracle database management systems (minimum v10).
- Strong understanding of database performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with data integration tools and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Shell scripting, Python) for automation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with enterprise applications such as Retail Management Systems (RMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Must to have Oracle Retail Merchandising System and Merchandising Operations systems Ex. Blue Yonder.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment is a plus.
- Experience with job scheduling tools like AppWorx is a plus.
