About the Role:

As an inbound marketing expert, you'll design strategic programs to drive pipeline growth. Your agility in planning, coupled with a focus on revenue-driving results, will optimize our digital strategy. Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in go-to-market digital strategy planning, implementation, and measurement.
  • Strategizing and optimizing targeted paid search, social, retargeting, and display campaigns across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Capterra.
  • Developing SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and conversions, providing insights for content marketing.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team on creative campaigns and digital distribution strategies, leveraging customer and prospect data.
  • Implementing marketing automation campaigns to capture, measure, and nurture leads.
  • Assisting the Senior Director of Demand Generation in managing relationships with digital marketing and marketing operations agencies.
  • Using data-driven insights to track, measure, and report on key digital metrics, optimizing future campaigns and the marketing funnel.

Common qualifications include:

  • 2-5 years of hands-on digital B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience building, managing, and optimizing targeted paid acquisition campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Proficiency in implementing SEO tactics.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Webflow, WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce, Drift, 6sense, ABM, or A/B testing tools is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in conversion rate optimization across ads, websites, and landing pages.
  • Proven project management skills with strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities.
