About the role
As a Recruiter at Teampay, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process, from the first contact to the final offer. Your empathy towards job-seekers and persistence with passive candidates will ensure a stellar candidate experience. The feedback and data you collect will shape our internal processes and allow us to continually improve this vital area of our growing business. Some attributes we’re looking for include:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience using Greenhouse in-house is a plus
- You work towards a “growth mindset” including experience in the controlled chaos of a startup
You are the first recruiter in an early stage, fast-growing company. You’ll work with hiring managers across departments, partnering with the Chief of Staff to keep our outreach current and internal procedures running smoothly.
