About the role

We are looking for a good product manager. You are responsible for defining the why, when, and what for the product the engineering team builds, in coordination with the Executive team and CEO. You work with a fact-driven approach, using customer interviews, usage metrics, and internal cross-functional feedback to ruthlessly prioritize features and requirements.  You write user stories with clarity of purpose, empathy and measurability, and are able to communicate and train on new features to sales, customer success and marketing. 

This is the first product management role within the company, and as the ideal candidate you have some common qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS PM, or Design/Engineering leadership experience

  • Familiarity with design thinking and product methodologies, including JTBD and user-centered design. 

  • A high degree of emotional intelligence (EQ), particularly as it applies to product management 

This position will report to the VP of Product Development and is an unusual opportunity to join a business with meaningful traction at the ground floor.
