Tickets.com is looking for a Senior Manager, Human Resources passionate about building engaging products for our fans. 

The Opportunity: The Senior Manager, Human Resources, will be the senior most HR person in the new LA office working closely with all levels of employees across the organization, including senior management. The Senior Manager will be responsible for implementing critical HR initiatives in the new office, including performance management, compensation reviews, employee experience and recognition programs and career development initiatives. This role will work closely with the integrated MLB and TDC HR team that works in a highly collaborative fashion. This is a 4 day a week in office role. 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Support establishment of new TDC and MLB office, in collaboration with larger TDC and MLB HR teams.
  • Work closely with HR team to establish HR practices in new office that align with MLB and TDC practices, including new hire orientation, offboarding procedures, offer letters, training, employee experience programs
  • Create relationships with employees to ensure full service support to the business. Assist employees with settling into new office. Partner closely with Office Manager on office support as needed.
  • Answer HR related questions, ranging from HR operations to performance management to employee programs etc…
  • Work with onboarding and offboarding team to ensure seamless experience for employee. Develop LA office processes around each.
  • Conduct in person new hire orientation and exit interviews as needed
  • Analyze trends in exit interviews and work with managers to address any feedback
  • Work closely with Workday team to understand Workday business processes and how they will apply to LA office
  • Work closely with TDC Payroll and Benefits Manager on employee needs, including benefits, retirement and payroll.
  • Support annual HR programs including merit and bonus process, promotions and performance reviews.
  • Partner with Sr. Director of HR and LA Department Heads in support of strategic workforce planning - including organizational design & ways-of-working optimization.
  • Ensure that company procedures are consistent and local legal requirements are met.
  • Request, gather and compile reports and analyze trends to measure the effectiveness of HR practices

Requirements:

  • 7+ years HR related experience.
  • Expert knowledge in CA state labor laws and regulations. Strong working knowledge of federal labor law and regulations.
  • Proven ability to partner closely with senior management.
  • The ability to work with multiple teams and to promote positive changes in a collaborative, convincing manner and the ability to manage client expectations.
  • History of work with HR data collection and reporting requirements.
  • Highly experienced in a variety of HR platforms including ATS and Performance platforms. Experience with Workday a must. Experience with Greenhouse and Culture Amp platforms nice to have
  • Proven ability of working in a fast-paced organization.
  • Demonstrated organization and execution skills; strong attention to detail.
  • Versatile multi-tasker with a focus on seeing tasks through to completion.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable with a variety of audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

 Salary Range is $110-130K
