Content Creator 

Remote (EST) | Full-time 

Intelocate is growing and we are looking for a creative, accountable, and self-motivated Content Creator to join our team.  

Who you are 

Intelocate is growing and we are looking for an innovative and data-driven Content Creator. You are a self-starter and builder who can create from scratch. You are passionate about creating content that tells a narrative that demonstrates Intelocate’s position in the market. You will pitch, create, and edit engaging written content for Intelocate’s blog, website, newsletter, as well as support other marketing initiatives. In this role, no two days are the same; you will enjoy autonomy and feel empowered to implement, test, and iterate solutions based on your results. 

What you’ll be doing  

Reporting to the CEO, you will guide content creation from ideation through execution. You will oversee attracting site traffic, you will create engaging materials for the blog, website, newsletter, and other marketing initiatives, while managing Intelocate’s social media channels. You will analyze performance to identify insights that drive optimization and improve the performance of marketing efforts at Intelocate. Your aim is to drive audience growth, engagement, and conversion. You can analyze data to drive actionable strategy and is also a natural-born storyteller who creates engaging action-driving content.  

More about the role 

  • Develop, implement, and publish high quality and results-driven content across a variety of channels
  • Manage the content process from idea to execution, including content calendar management, communications across key stakeholders, publishing cycle coordination, and delivery
  • Identify and implement best in class social media tactics that drive performance
  • Manage in house, agency, and freelance partners
  • Work with influencers and affiliate partners to generate click-worthy, shareable content and connections that fuel audience growth
  • Stay on the cutting edge of platform trends, capabilities, and emerging trends/opportunities.
  • Have a passion for working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of teamwork
  • Collaborate with other internal teams, including Customer Success, IT, and sales to improve our user funnel
  • Ensure campaigns work in conjunction with, and compliment, other marketing efforts like advertising and other industry events

What you'll need 

  • 4+ years of design, copywriting, and graphic skills

  • A “jack/jill of all trades” this person sees the story that needs to be told and can tell it via print, short content, graphical style, video, or long-form content
  • World-class writing and editing skills and a love for creating all-things content, and a passion for innovative storytelling techniques, technologies, and programs 
  • A dual minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think the scale, and rely on data to make decisions 
  • Flexible and adaptable; you can hand multiple priorities and projects and pivot on the fly 
  • Great organizational skills with high attention to detail  
  • Creative ideas that are relevant to Intelocate’s brand and opportunity (i.e long-form blogs, video content, ads, social media posts)
  • Content calendar and process from idea to execution experience
  • Photoshop / Illustrator / SEO experience
