WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: 

  • FOSTER IDEA DEVELOPMENT
    • Collaborate with the planning team to write and sell campaign briefs and POVs
    • Contribute to making strong work through informed debate with clients and the internal team
    • Ensure comms plans are effectively amplifying ideas
    • Work alongside creatives to showcase good instincts 
    • Successfully manage complex projects and campaign productions
  • MAINTAINING A STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIP
    • Partner with client project leads
    • Manage client expectations and know as much about client’s business as they do 
    • Work with clients to get to the root of issues and concerns to properly develop solutions 

EXPAND ON INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS/PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT

    • Be the day-to-day go-to person for ADs/CWs
    • Establish a trusted partnership with the core team
    • Understand staffing and resource requirements
    • Manage, train, and guide Brand Executives and support Management Supervisor(s) and/or Brand Director(s).

EXHIBIT BUSINESS/INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE

    • Conduct insightful analytical assessments with a higher-level focus
    • Have meaningful input on client input briefs and business plans
    • Have a strong grasp on agency philosophy and can leverage it to sell and defend work
    • Understand the impact of new marketing and media trends on what we do
    • Support production/execution of 360 campaign elements including but not limited to: TV, Digital Video, Video Content, Radio, Outdoor, Print, Social

POSSESSES STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS

  • Structure and prepare well-written POVs, decks, and presentations
  • Be a strong presenter in command of the materials
  • Takes lead on cross-functional meetings to drive discussion, decisions, and next steps 

EXPAND ON CURRENT MANAGERIAL SKILLS

    • Build and lead cross-functional project teams
    • Lead production development– from bidding to awarding, managing shoots and/or content productions, post-production, and implementation
    • Work effectively with client’s partner agencies
    • Set objectives and priorities for the team

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of experience in account management, business strategy or a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Critical experience in account management overseeing business.
  • Solutions-oriented approach mindset with a sharp, strategic marketing instinct. 
  • Junior account team management experience.
  • Thorough technical production experience through 360 activations, including films and social/digital.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships.

All hires must be located in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles to work from our offices hybrid three days a week. 

The annual salary range for this type of role varies between $85,000-$100,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s experience. Other compensation includes relocation costs, if applicable. Benefits for this role include health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), stock purchase, vacation, sick and personal days, Also, you will be eligible (approximately thirty days after you commence employment) to participate in all disability, life, travel insurance plans and programs, retirement plans subject to the terms and conditions of such benefit plans.
