The Business Manager has relevant internship experience in a related work field, in advertising a plus, and will assist the West Region (WR) team in the day-to-day management of the Nissan client and supports the team. You are proactive and resourceful, and able to anticipate team needs and respond accordingly. The purpose of this role is to provide overall support for the WR Business team to ensure client needs are met. This role will lead to more client-facing responsibilities as experience is obtained.
This position requires you to be extremely detail-oriented, able to handle complex instructions with care and follow-through, and strive for accuracy. Excellent communication skills and a high level of organizational skills will aid in the success of accuracy and timeliness in execution of assigned tasks. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.) are also important.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in leading the creation of communication documents and presentations
- Facilitate development of appropriate creative each month that achieves desired messaging and builds brand equity
- Work with Agency HQ team on monthly creative and rotations for all markets in the West Region, and other efforts for Product and Event months
- Ensure quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency of Agency creative product
- Monitor monthly creative production estimates/budgets
- Aid in review of any research results and assist in provided client friendly presentations
- Work with Senior Business Manager and Business Director on planning needs for the Client
- Aid in management of schedules for Business leadership (meeting scheduling, calendar management)
- Stay updated on industry news and report any observations to the Business Director
- Assure that proprietary and other sensitive information is handled with utmost confidentiality
- Assist in management of weekly/monthly updates to support NissanUSA.com
- Participate in weekly status calls with WR team and deliver updates to keep team informed of all assigned projects

Location:
Given the nature of our Business team and the client assigned to this role, we are only considering candidates that currently live in or wish to relocate to Los Angeles, in the near future (first 60 days of employment).
The annual salary range for this role is $40,000-$50,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic location and experience. Other compensation includes relocation costs, if applicable.
