WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Collaborate with agency Brand teams, PMs, Strategy, Creative, Comms Planning, and Data teams to review clients' Paid Social media plans and help develop and implement Traffic best practices, processes, and protocols
  • Maintain a great working relationship with partner Social Media teams
  • Understand Paid Social media executions, manage creative production and mock SLA deadlines
  • Assign ISCIs and set proper file name nomenclatures for all social assets to support proper tracking and data reporting
  • Collaborate with Producers on creative final delivery strategy and organization
  • Build final deliverables document for post house to deliver against
  • Advise on Social asset format and UI safe zone best practices
  • Build Paid Social campaign mocks for client approval in Meta (FB/IG), LI, PI, X, etc or via Social listening platforms (Sprinklr, 4C)
  • Collaborate with clients and internal and external media partner teams on campaign creation, production, delivery, and optimization efforts
  • Work closely with vendors, agency partners, and platform reps for all needs and to ad hoc issues as necessary
  • Understand vendor rate cards, prepare quarterly captioning and SRT estimates and generate POs for all social production orders
  • Reconcile vendor invoices promptly
  • Manage and QC’s social captioning and.SRTs
  • Prepare quarterly storage estimates and manage collecting production elements and final versions for client storage at the production wrap
  • Enforce adherence to quality standards for the agency as set forth by the Traffic Director
  • Keep apprised of industry standards, best practices, and technology as related to the role and agency and share knowledge with fellow Traffic team
  • Participate in department and account staff meetings
  • Attend campaign briefings and creative reviews as needed
  • Keep the Traffic Director apprised of the work status as projects progress

WHAT YOU WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • 2+ years of Social experience (Paid focus a plus)
  • Possess a high interest in integrating Traffic roles within the Social space
  • Positive, professional, and collaborative attitude
  • A proactive self-starter and team player
  • Excellent critical-thinking skills and ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
  • Nimble and adaptable to different processes and change
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Outstanding organizational and follow-through skills
  • Ability to handle fast-paced deadlines and multiple accounts
  • Competent in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Google Suite. Experience in Sprinklr, 4C, and/or Social Ads manager

All hires must be located in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles to work from our offices hybrid three days a week. 

The annual salary range for this role is $60,000-$75,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s experience. Other compensation includes relocation costs, if applicable.
