WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • As a Social Creative Lead you are responsible for leading Always On Social on the accounts you are responsible for. You should be an expert social leader elevating the quality and impact of all social ideas and content.   
  • You will lead everyday content creation, and collaborate with Creative Directors as a partner to help elevate social creative as part of campaigns, bringing campaigns to life through best in class social executions.  
  • You will originate socially-native visions and ideas with impact, cultural reverb and magnetism, infusing C\D LA with social understanding and jealousy-inducing work.
  • You’re a leader and role model for unlocking social’s creative potential at the client and agency levels. People should look to you to have the sharpest take on what’s salient, disruptive, and crazy (in a good way).
  • You’re passionate about  and/or have experience with fashion, lifestyle and apparel brands

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Help establish the bigger picture in social for the brand in your group in social (in partnership with Creative and Strategic Leadership on the brand)
  • Define the creative vision for always-on social for your brands, instructing and guiding content teams on how to execute against it, and other team members on the best in class way to execute ideas on social
  • Be a purveyor of new ways of thinking about social – guide content creators and creative teams on utilization of emerging social platforms, social POVs and how to natively show  up in social channels
  • Partner with creative talent to develop social content, campaign extensions, elevated and reactive ideas for the brands in your group
  • In collaboration with Creative and Strategic partners, uncover and define the pathway for the brand on social – establishing the distinguishing tone of voice and clear behaviors 
  • Help craft a playbook, codify and unify the social approach and consistently bring it to life in day to day content for the brands in your group
  • Coach and guide our creative talent in developing social ideas that generate true, active engagement

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Mobile-first thinking is key, as is knowing when to use it.
  • You are obsessed with behavioral Insights, with the vision to transform them into platforms and ideas.
  • You believe in harnessing the power of Brand as Creator.
  • You know how to use data to inform creative recommendations, from post-level, audience-level, and platform-level data.
  • You understand the true power of cross- collaboration and urgency, actions, and characteristics that make the brand truly unique in social spaces.

All hires must be located in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles to work from our offices hybrid three days a week. 

The annual salary range for this role is $120,000-$150,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s  experience. Other compensation includes relocation costs, if applicable. Benefits for this role include health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), stock purchase, vacation, sick and personal days, Also, you will be eligible (approximately thirty days after you commence employment) to participate in all disability, life, travel insurance plans and programs, retirement plans subject to the terms and conditions of such benefit plans.
