We're looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong bias for action and a willingness to get scrappy. There’s tons of companies adopting and buying AI video solutions, and we need to be hunting them down and getting in front of them.
You’ll need to be incredibly motivated, think smarter and work harder, and be ready to get shit done. You're be learning deeply about our audience to understand where the most qualified prospects live, what their intent signals are, etc. Your work will be both independent and collaborative- you’re a team player who’s working towards a collective mission. Above all, you're ready to bring energy and enthusiasm to the role while massively outpacing goals.
Your Mission 🚀
- Drive meeting goals: Strategically research & engage quality leads and convert a high volume of qualified meetings per month with developers, product teams, and executives.
- Self-serve lead management: Monitor self-serve sign-ups and existing accounts for timely outreach opportunities.
- Sales-driven outreach: Identify where the most qualified leads are and understand their intent signals to prioritize effectively.
- Proactive problem-solver: Take full ownership of your role; you’ll be expected to take charge on creating and executing strategies. We are looking for an individual who is willing to tackle any challenge and pave the path forward!
Requirements
- Previous SDR experience: Proven track record as a SDR with the ability to hit the ground running.
- Driven and relentless: Insanely motivated, ambitious, and willing to go the extra mile to achieve goals.
- Smart and strategic: Able to think critically about targeting prospects, and the best methods to engage them. You exemplify organization, discipline, and resourcefulness in your work.
- Adaptable and self-sufficient: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making the role your own, with minimal oversight.
- Early-stage experience: Prior experience in a scrappy, early-stage environment is a major plus; the "get it done" mentality should be second nature.
Please note that this position is a hybrid in San Francisco, CA or remote.
