We are looking for a driven “hunter” Account Executive to join our sales team and collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive growth of Mid-Market brands ($20M-$50M in annual ad spend); these brands are either exploring TV advertising for the first time or looking to enhance their existing TV campaigns. In this role, you’ll be part of a small, agile team, shaping a critical component of the business with significant opportunities for growth. You’ll manage the entire sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closing deals, and play a key role in expanding our presence in the Mid-Market space.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on the growth of Tatari’s Mid-Market pipeline, including driving leads and meeting sales quotas.
- Understand the mindset of performance/growth marketers in the Mid-Market space in order to deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to prospects.
- Use your industry knowledge to identify how Tatari’s proprietary measurement can enhance the business goals of Mid-Market brands
- Negotiate terms with Mid-Market decision-makers and executives.
- Work closely with the Client Services and Media Buying teams to strategically support Mid-Market account growth–helping them transition or expand into TV advertising.
- Assess team processes, identify improvements, and implement changes.
- Communicate effectively with the internal leadership team on pipeline, customer needs, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales experience in performance advertising (preferably linear or CTV), plus 4+ years of direct B2B sales-oriented experience driving new business
- Fundamental knowledge of growth marketing metrics (CPA, ROAS, etc)
- High motor to keep pace with fast moving clients to quickly grow the business
- Demonstrated past success achieving growth objectives
- Strong sense of ownership, self-motivated, driven and able to work independently as well as fostering a collaborative environment
- Experience with CRM software is a plus (we use Hubspot)
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Management, Math, and Statistics
