Tatari continues to experience tremendous growth and is looking for a Senior Manager, People Operations, to lead its team to success. You will report to SVP, Operations and manage/oversee the day-to-day people operations functions, all initiatives and processes related to recruiting, onboarding, retention, performance management, L&D, DE&I, total rewards and compensation, organizational development, and immigration. You will apply forward-thinking in keeping Tatari as a differentiator in the marketplace as well as building a community where all Tatarians can thrive and do their best work. We are hiring at a more senior level and as such expect this person to quickly grow into a leadership role at Tatari.

Responsibilities: 

  • Report directly to SVP, Operations to support Tatari’s vision for our employees with HR technical advice, knowledge, and leadership for the PeopleOps team.
  • Embody and foster Tatari culture and values, and ensure that they are integrated in all aspects of our PeopleOps programs and processes.
  • Evolve and scale our PeopleOps processes and programs with best practices.
  • Lead PeopleOps team of 6 with day-to-day employee lifecycle activities, projects, and programs.
  • Work closely with SVP, Operations to structure compensation and benefits programs, with market data and analysis.
  • Work with the executive team to build upon existing performance management and L&D programs, including driving continuous and transparent communication and feedback.
  • Advise DE&I efforts and ensure Tatari is an inclusive work environment.
  • Stay abreast of federal, state and local compliance matters, and serve as the subject matter expert

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR/PeopleOps experience, including 3+ years in a high-growth startup environment.
  • SHRM SCP or SPHR certification required.
  • Extensive knowledge of PeopleOps strategies, policies and processes.
  • Track record of driving and delivering results across all HR disciplines, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, employee retention, immigration, performance management, L&D, immigration, and DE&I.
  • A strategic thinker able to solve immediate challenges while considering long-term impact.
  • Highly effective communication skills amongst all levels with ability to synthesize ideas and present them in a poised and polished manner.
  • Working knowledge of common HRIS systems, including Workday.
  • Effective and proactive leader guided by thoughtfulness, empathy, and collaboration.
