As a Banking Support Specialist, you will have the chance to be a part of a unique financial space on a fast-paced banking team. The ability to place trades relies on the timing of account funding which is what makes it a crucial function to the operation of a financial firm. Your primary role as a Banking Support Specialist will be to address funding questions and concerns primarily through email communications. We're fortunate to have an enthusiastic clientele and are looking for someone to share in the excitement. Opportunity for growth within the Banking team. 

Required: Series 7 (or SIE and 7 Top-Off) and 63 licensed

Hours: 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm - based on team needs - this role requires a minimum of 3 days in the office, but is subject to change.

What you’ll do: 

  • Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient support via chat, email, and phone regarding any money movement related matters 
  • Provide relevant transfer updates and processing information to customer facing teams  
  • Review customer documentation (wire withdrawals, check withdrawals, internal transfers, IRA Documentation and ACATS) for completeness and accuracy  
  • Comply with industry Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) regulations  
  • Provide input and recommendations for improvement regarding current banking policies, procedures, and technologies 
  • Collaborate with clearing firm daily 

Who you are: 

  • Extremely proficient with use of technology 
  • Ability to collaborate with all departments within the company 
  • Willingness to collaborate with teammates to address time sensitive issues 
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, effective in customer interactions, and ability to identify appropriate solutions 
  • Experience or avid interest in the financial industry 
  • Basic understanding of trade settlements, options positions, and different security types is preferred 
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and uphold applicable regulatory requirements 
  • Bachelor’s degree or related work experience

Salary Range:  $65,000 - $75,000 
The actual salary offered will be based on the candidate's level of experience and qualifications
