We’re building an amazing team and we’re looking for a hard working and ambitious Dealer Onboarding Agent to support us on our journey.

Responsible for onboarding motor dealer and broker intermediaries, ensuring that the intermediaries operate in a way that is compliant with the applicable laws, regulations and guidance as well as being consistent with our own company required standards. To also regularly complete ongoing oversight of the intermediaries once onboarded, to ensure that the standards are always maintained.

We’ll offer our digital products to hard working people across the UK through our network of dealer partners with a very clear focus on our Green and Fair credentials.

What you will be working on:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Complete all Due Diligence checks when onboarding intermediaries, including checking that the intermediary is authorised by the FCA, has all relevant permissions and no adverse feedback.
  • Ensure all intermediaries are financially stable by carrying out a Credit Safe check, and where appropriate reviewing company financial information such as annual accounts.
  • On approval of the intermediary, ensure that an Introducer Agreement is signed, and set the Introducer up on the company systems.
  • Ensuring SLA’s are met and when possible exceeded for our intermediaries and customers
  • Undertake periodic reviews to ensure ongoing oversight of approved intermediaries.
  • Good Commercial understanding
  • Ensuring our Fair and Green outcomes are upheld and championed
  • Ownership of individual performance and personal development.
  • Represent the department and positively contribute to relevant committee meetings/projects groups as directed by HOL.
  • Maintain good level of knowledge of the relevant industry sector.
  • Accountability for individual performance and contribution to achieve KPI’s set by the business.
  • Ownership of individual performance and personal development

What we're looking for:

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience skills and behaviours:


  • Good organisational and time management skills resulting in the ability to prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong computer literacy including working experience on Microsoft Office
  • Previous Financial Services experience
