Salary: £50,000-£60,000 + up to 20% bonus

We’re building an amazing team and we’re looking for an ambitious and purpose-driven Senior PMO Analyst to join the team.

What you will be working on: 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: 

  • Production and distribution of monthly portfolio level delivery reports  
  • Analysis and reporting of key performance metrics across multiple digital squads 
  • Tracking and reporting of Cost Benefit analysis within the Digital department  

What we're looking for: 

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience skills and behaviours: 

Essential: 

  • A demonstrated track record of creating and of providing metrics and other control information to senior management, suitable for Exec level meetings 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools for advanced reporting & MI.  
  • The ability to identify, extract and summarize key information from multiple data sources.  
  • Experience of working effectively to demanding deadlines, prioritising own workload with minimal supervision 
  • Experience of working within a PMO in a fast-changing business environment 
  • Excellent MS Power point and MS Excel skills 
  • Experience using project development software such as Jira, Asana and Monday.com 
  • Excellent communication skills and an understanding of communication approaches, including tailoring messages to suit the audience, along with the ability to form constructive relationships with people at all levels within the organisation 

Desirable: 

  • Previous exposure to or knowledge of the Financial Services or Fintech industry, experience in a transformation environment would be particularly beneficial 
  • Experience working in a regulated industry or environment 
  • Experience of working in a start-up or scale-up
